Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TravX, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience. The following terms outline our cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellation Schedule
By confirming your booking, you agree to the following cancellation structure:
- Upon Confirmation: 25% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- From May 1st: 75% of the total amount becomes non-refundable.
- From May 21st onwards: 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.
2. General Terms
- Time Zone: All deadlines are based on 12:00 AM (EET).
- Total Amount: Includes taxes and service fees.
- No-Shows: Treated as late cancellation (100% charge).
3. Refund Processing
- Cancel via your TravX account or contact support.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days.
